Privacy Notice
Last updated October 3, 2026
This notice explains what information Source Force ("we", "us") collects throughsourceforce.us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an intro call, you send your name, company, work email, phone number, state and country, a one-line description of what you sell, and where you are in defense today. We use only what you submit.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect the contact form from automated abuse. If we measure site traffic, we use privacy-preserving analytics that do not set cookies and do not track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and decide whether and how we can help your company.
- To communicate with you about our services.
- To protect the site and the contact form against abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who handles it for us
We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, traffic analytics and the Turnstile bot check) and Resend (delivery of the email that carries your request to us). They may process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us by email at [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and the contact form transmits your information securely to our email. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change we will update this page and the date above.
